Oak Bluffs location is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude and condescending employees. Bikes were in awful condition as well. Never renting from there ever again. Id give zero stars if I could.

I've always been happy with the Edgartown bike shop's personal service and great line of bikes.We have family on the vineyard that we visit on holidays, so we are well aware of the seasonal nature of businesses this time of year. Just wanted to give a shout out to this bike shop at the end of main street in Edgartown. They were very accommodating to our needs when I called for bikes for our family last weekend. Delivered to our door and made sure we were all happy and set. Even picked bikes up when we left. Great service.

The reason is pretty simple: They provide full-service with a smile and offer the most user-friendly rentals on the Island. Whether it be bike fittings and adjustments, knowing the best bike routes, or great customer service, we've always relied on these guys for our biking needs and we've never been disappointed. We remember when they were known as RW Cutler many years ago, and we wouldn't go anyplace else. Good people to do business with. We highly recommend these folks! FIVE STARS!
