I ordered a 15 passenger van to transport 13 people plus a large dog. A 12 passenger van shows up. Driver insisted extra person and dog goes in another vehicle. Due to time constraints and travel distance involved we had no other choice. Driver would not get another van nor remedy the problem in any way. He also charged full price for 2 infant children. No one in our travel party will ever consider this company in the future. We all travel to the island regularly too! Stay away from this company!!
Our driver, Vivian, was a joke and so rude. On our way to our destination, we asked if he accepted credit cards, he said, "It's not preferred" and then handed us a business card of their home office to call and pay with our card. Ok, so they don't have a swipe, I get it.
I got engaged last weekend and after about a 2 second conversation, the driver and I came up with a way for him to get pictures of the moment. He went so far beyond the services he needed to provide and as a result created life long memories. The guy was also a great actor/photographer too haha.
I wish I could remember the name of my driver - if I could give 10 stars I would.
We couldn't get out of the van fast enough. Thank you Vivian for making me wanting to use Uber from now on. Good gravy.
Aweful experience!! We will never use this company again while on Martha's Vineyard. A bunch a Jamaican Scammers!!!
Wonderful driver. Friendly and kind. My first time on your beautiful island. He was so thoughtful pointing out landmarks of the island. He had no problem finding the address of my friend on a long dirt road. Great employee for your company, Cheryl
On our way we hit a drawbridge and Vivian starts freaking out repeatedly saying outloud, "stupid bridge". He then got out of the van and stood there counting his money over and over. Very surreal.
