We waited and called to make sure since we had already had to chase them up at every step. This time we were received by the same extremely surly woman who didn't seem to recall any such request, and would check for any records of our request and call us back. At the end of the day we found out from another caretaker of the property that the water had still not been drained. Needless to say, she did not follow up and their horrendous disorganisation has left our property at risk of pipe damage because of their incompetence.
I will open this review by saying that we are incredibly disappointed by their service. Initially we called at the beginning of November to have the water drained from a property for the winter. We were received by a surly woman who confirmed that they were busy, but they would find the time to complete the task. We left a working week's duration for flexibility with their schedule and waited for them to contact us afterwards as promised, yet they never did.
When I called I got a really nice person who was patient and helpful about my problem. They came and dealt with it immediately during a busy season, and charged a very fair price. I could not have been happier.
We then contacted them again over the phone to confirm whether the water had been drained. Kelleher said that it hadn't been done and that they would get to it the following week. Obviously we waited a week, yet received no confirmation that the water had been drained. We called again to find out what the delay was, and they confirmed again that they would complete the task the next day.
Awful service. So rude woman every time answering on the phone.
These guys are great. I wanted to have my boiler checked out, before the upcoming heating season. I called kelleher in the morning, and that afternoon one of there guys showed up, and went over my equipment, testing it and what not. The guy was very pleasant, respectful, and informative. Thank you kelleher.
Try to avoid them!
In short: if you need something done, do not waste your time here.
