Used to be my primary hardware store, then purchased a window shade that broke and they didn't stand behind. Talked to manager/owner and no offer of any resolution short of me repurchasing at full price. Despite bringing in the previous window shade, the replacement was cut 5/8 too large, and it doesn't fit. Very disappointed!
